How to get Watcher in Anomaly Cafe
Watcher uses an Afterlife quest rather than a Bells purchase. The sequence below is reported by community guides; our site has not playtested it.
Source read: 8 October 2026. The route comes from guides published on 28–29 September for Afterlife Part 2. Spoilers and intentional character deaths ahead; this is separate from your first shift.
The reported unlock sequence
- Use a solo run. Before Day 10, lose all Sanity to enter the Afterlife.
- Find the grey cat behind Bingo’s shrine. Finish its dialogue, offering help.
- Speak to Bingo and return to the living cafe.
- Play through Day 11. The guides say to die again after Day 11, not merely when it starts.
- In the Afterlife Cafe, speak to the grey cat near the spawn to receive Watcher’s Soul.
- Keep that inventory item while completing the Afterlife Cafe segment.
- Speak to Bingo for a second chance and return to the living cafe with the Soul.
- Find Watcher behind the cafe near the fuse box, finish recruitment dialogue, then check character selection.
No unlock is confirmed by ticking a box here. Check the actual item, dialogue and selection menu; if a current server differs, do not assume a guide restores progress.

Gamezebo’s Watcher walkthrough supplies the sequence and landmarks. Roonby’s 29 September guide describes the same route; agreement is not independent official confirmation. Unknown cooldowns, reconnect behavior and quest resets are not filled in.
Version boundary: Roblox’s game API reports an update on 8 October 2026, but its description does not confirm this quest’s current behavior. Gamezebo’s 4 October update log reports an Afterlife escape option in the 3 October quality-of-life update, without documenting a replacement Watcher route. Treat the steps as a community report and check your current server.
